Due to the unification of company structure, the company Thomson Reuters PLC (ISIN GB00B29MWZ99) will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange effective September 10, 2009.
Accordingly, on September 10, 2009, shareholders of Thomson Reuters PLC will receive Thomson Reuters Corporation shares (ISIN CA8849031056) at a ratio of 1:1.
Also on September 10, 2009, the former underlying of the Eurex stock futures contract on Thomson Reuters PLC (RTRG) will be replaced by the Thomson Reuters Corporation share with ISIN CA8849031056.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
