The companies Daimler AG and Rolls-Royce PLC have declared the joint takeover of Tognum AG as concluded successfully (“unconditional“). Accordingly, as already announced in Eurex Circulars 054/11 and 153/11, existing positions in the series for the Eurex option on shares of Tognum AG (TGM) will be settled at the theoretical fair value. The final offering price of EUR 26.00 will be the basis for determination of the fair value.
The attachment contains a list of theoretical fair values (final settlement prices) for the series of the Eurex options contracts on shares of Tognum AG (TGM). On August 30, 2011, all Members with open interest will receive a fax with an overview of their open positions. Booking of the cash amount will be made on August 30, 2011 with value date August 31, 2011.
Positions will be closed out in the batch run of August 31, 2011, effective September 1, 2011. There are no positions in the Eurex stock futures contract on Tognum AG (TGMF).
