On 31 July 2014, the Management Board of the company Vinci S.A. decided to pay a dividend of EUR 1.00 per ordinary share, of which EUR 0.45 is an extraordinary dividend.
The extraordinary dividendwill result in an adjustment of the Eurex options (SQU), the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (SQUG) and the Eurex Single Stock Dividend Futures contract (S2QU) on shares of Vinci S.A.
Ex date will be 11 November 2014.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
