On 19 December 2014, the company Walgreen Co. announced a reorganization into a holding structure.
In this connection, the existing Walgreen shares will automatically be converted at a ratio of 1:1. At the same time, both the ISIN and the company name will change. This results in an adjustment of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of Walgreen Co. (WAGF).
Ex date will be 31 December 2014.
