Wolseley PLC: Capital Reorganization / ISIN Change

On April 1, 2009, the annual general meeting of the company Wolseley PLC will decide on a capital reorganization. Due to this capital reorganization of Wolseley PLC each shareholder of Wolseley PLC will receive one new share of Wolseley PLC for every ten old Wolseley PLC shares they hold. Furthermore, the ISIN will change.


Ex date of the reorganization and day of the ISIN change will be April 2, 2009


The ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex stock futures contract on Wolseley PLC (WLYF) will change with effect from April 2, 2009. Product code of the Eurex stock futures contract on Wolseley PLC and product ISIN of the Eurex stock futures contract on Wolseley PLC will remain unchanged.

The updated Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich will be published as of the ex date on the Eurex website under the path:

Currently, there is no open interest. Please note that an adjustment of the stock futures contract on Wolseley PLC (WLYF) due to the reverse stock split will only take place if there will be open interest at the end of April 1, 2009. The ISIN change will be done in any case.
