Withdrawal of admission of equity index futures, equity index options and property index futures and adjustment of the relevant Product Specific Supplements

Eurex Circular 042/20

1.    Introduction

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decisions with effect from 22 June 2020:

  • Withdrawal of admission of three index futures pursuant to Annex C of Attachment 2
  • Withdrawal of admission of two index options pursuant to Annex C of Attachment 2
  • Withdrawal of admission of nine property index futures pursuant to Annex C of Attachment 2
  • Removal of the products from existing Liquidity Provider (LP) schemes

This circular contains all information on the withdrawal of admission and the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.

There is no action required.

3.    Details

Please refer to Attachment 1 for an overview of the products that will be withdrawn. In Attachment 2 you will find the updated Contract Specifications.

Effective 22 June 2020, the affected products will also be removed from the existing Liquidity Provider (LP) schemes, as outlined in the attached PSS documents (Attachments 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
