1. Introduction
Following the issuer’s announcement to change to International Central Securities Depository model of settlement (from currently CREST settlement), the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decision with effect from 11 June 2020:
2. Required action
To ensure orderly settlement of expiring contracts in these products going forward a USD-denominated 6-series account of Clearstream Luxembourg (CBL) will be required. Clearing Members offering these products for clearing have to guarantee that they have set up an appropriate settlement account in the CCP system of Eurex Clearing.
