1. Introduction
As a Trading Participant of Eurex Deutschland you receive Information, i.e. quotes, prices, turnover figures, indices and other data marketed by Deutsche Börse AG, directly or indirectly from the trading venue.
We would like to remind you that any usage of Information and any onward dissemination of Information is subject to the terms of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement Trading Usage (MDDA TU).
2. Action required
Should you not have concluded a MDDA TU contract yet, we would kindly ask you to contact our Data Services Team via e-mail: mds.agreements@deutsche-boerse.com and to conclude the MDDA TU contract at your earliest convenience.
3. Details
Please be advised that any data dissemination via an Order Routing System or any other infrastructure by a Trading Participant to third parties or internal recipients (that are not registered traders, registered back office staff or registered applications) has to be notified to Deutsche Börse AG. According to the Market Data Dissemination Agreement, any data dissemination is subject to the subscription of a respective license.
For the exclusive usage of Information within the framework of the provisions of the Exchange Rules for Eurex Deutschland (Eurex Exchange Rules), the following exemptions apply:
provided that the Information is used exclusively for own purposes of trading and clearing in accordance with § 22 of the Eurex Exchange Rules.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
