Eurex Circular 019/21 MSCI derivatives: New revenue sharing scheme

1.  Introduction

As of 1 March 2021, Eurex Clearing AG and Eurex Frankfurt AG (together “Eurex”) will offer a new revenue sharing scheme as outlined in this circular.

Term of the revenue sharing scheme: 1 March 2021 until 31 December 2022.

2.  Required action/Requirements for participation

None. The requirements that Trading Participant have be fulfil in order to receive a share in revenue are detailed in the Attachment. 

3.  Details

Eurex’ new revenue sharing scheme for MSCI derivatives targets Trading Participants who make a significant contribution to the further growth in this product segment.

In order to participate, the volume providers need to fulfil certain quantitative and qualitative criteria. In return they can receive a certain revenue share, which is based on Extra Net Revenues in the segment.
