1.  Introduction

With effect from 7 June 2021, the following additional products will be activated for tradability in the U.S.:

  • FTSE® 100 Index Total Return Futures
  • FTSE® 100 Declared Dividend Index Futures
  • FTSE® 100 Index Futures
  • EURO STOXX® Select Dividend 30 Index Total Return Futures

Start of production: 7 June 2021

2.  Action required

There is no action required for participation in trading in these products.

3.  Details

Eurex Deutschland has submitted FTSE® 100 Index Total Return Futures, FTSE® 100 Declared Dividend Index Futures, FTSE® 100 Index Futures and EURO STOXX® Select Dividend 30 Index Total Return Futures for approval by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to offer these contracts for trading in the U.S.

These contracts have already passed the CFTC’s respective approval procedures and will therefore be available for trading in the U.S. as of 7 June 2021.

According to Eurex Deutschland's registration as a "Foreign Board of Trade", the FTSE® 100 Index Total Return Futures, FTSE® 100 Declared Dividend Index Futures, FTSE® 100 Index Futures and EURO STOXX® Select Dividend 30 Index Total Return Futures can be offered or sold to persons in the U.S. via Eurex terminals with direct access in the U.S.
