1.    Introduction

As of 1 January 2023, Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG (together “Eurex”) will introduce the new rebate scheme Flow Incentive Model, as outlined in the Attachment to this circular.

Term of the Flow Incentive Model: 1 January 2023 until 31 December 2023

2.    Required action/Requirements for participation

The requirements that Trading Participants have to fulfil in order to receive an additional rebate on their paid net fees are detailed in the Attachment. Interested Trading Participants should contact Eurex via e-mail (rachna.mathur@eurex.com) indicating their willingness to participate in the program.

3.    Details of the initiative

Eurex’ new incentivization scheme for selected Equity Index Futures (MSCI, Sector, Dividend and Total Return Futures) targets Trading Participants who make a significant contribution to the further growth in these product segments.

In order to participate, Trading Participants need to fulfil certain quantitative and qualitative criteria. In return, they can receive additional rebates on their net fees accumulated in these segments.
