1. Introduction
The Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG decided to amend the Liquidity Provider Program for Futures on STOXX® Semiconductor 30 Index and the Product Specific Supplement (hereinafter “PSS”) “Equity Index 75 - Futures on STOXX® Semiconductor 30 Index” as of 1 April 2024.
2. Required action
Liquidity Providers should adapt their quotation behaviour accordingly.
3. Details
In order to foster liquidity in Futures on the STOXX® Semiconductor 30 Index, especially during the Asian trading hours (THX), the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG will offer an Additional Supporter Incentive for Liquidity Providers who quote the Futures during the Asian trading hours.
The top three Liquidity Providers by volume rank (M- and P accounts) will receive a fixed amount of €1,500 each month between April 2024 and June 2024.
The PSS will be amended with effect from 1 April 2024, as shown in the attachment. The amendments will be deemed to have been approved if Liquidity Provider do not lodge objections with Eurex Frankfurt and Eurex Clearing within two (2) weeks after publication of this circular pursuant to Number 4 (2) of the Liquidity Provider Agreement.
As of 1 April 2024, the PSS will also be available individually in PDF format on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following path:
