With this Newsflash, Eurex Repo provides essential information regarding the upcoming Eurex Repo F7 Production Release update to v4.5, scheduled for Saturday, 25 April 2026.
This release includes several system enhancements and a critical security upgrade. The most significant change is the mandatory migration to Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.3, which will involve the complete decommissioning of support for TLS v1.2.

Key Dates and Deadlines
To ensure you are fully prepared for the upcoming changes, please take note of the following important dates:

| Saturday, 25 April 2026 | F7 Production Release v4.5 Update | The Eurex Repo F7 production environment will be updated to the new version. The system will be technically available in unattended mode after the update. |
Monday, 27 April 2026 | Go-Live and TLS v1.2 Decommissioning | The business day will commence with the new software version (004.560.000). From this date, connections to the F7 Production environment using TLS v1.2 will be rejected. |
Tuesday, 6 May 2026 | TLS v1.2 Decommissioning (Advanced Simulation) | Connections to the F7 Advanced Simulation environment using TLS v1.2 will be rejected. |
Mandatory Action: Migration to TLS v1.3
With the F7 Release 4.5, Eurex Repo F7 will only support TLS v1.3. This is a mandatory security enhancement, and any connection attempts using the older TLS v1.2 protocol after the decommissioning dates will fail.

Recommended Action for F7 GUI Users
Following the release go-live on Monday, 27 April 2026, all F7 GUI users are strongly advised to clear their browser cache. This action is necessary to ensure that all new functionalities are loaded and behave correctly.
