On 28 June 2017, the company United Internet AG informed via announcement according to the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act, the result of its voluntary public tender offer to the shareholders of Drillisch AG. According to the announcement, 30.91% of the Drillisch AG shares are attributable to the Bidder after completion of the regular acceptance period. The conditions for the settlement of the Options on Drillisch AG shares according to the contract specifications are therefore not fulfilled.
Settlement of the Eurex contracts at the theoretical fair value will not be processed and trading in options on Drillisch AG will continue unchanged. New expiration months and series will be introduced according to the contract specifications.
