Eurex Repo F7 simulation v3.8 update (with mandatory API and FIX upgrade)

The Eurex Repo F7 simulation environment will close down at 4pm CEST on Thursday, October 13th, 2022 for the update to F7 release 3.8. 

Eurex Repo will conduct internal tests on October 14^th and the 3.8 Simulation period will commence starting Monday, October 17^th 2022. With the start of the business day on Monday, October 17^th the software version for Repo F7 simulation will be 003.840.000.

Release 3.8 includes GUI enhancements as well as mandatory upgrades to the F7 API and F7 FIX Gateway.
API users (including ISVs) will be provided a new set of updated XSDs, XML message examples and an updated user manual describing all changes in detail.
FIX Gateway users will be provided an updated FIX Gateway manual and example messages.
All GUI, API and FIX Gateway documentation will be available in the Eurex Repo member section prior to the start of the simulation period.

It is always strongly recommended that all API and FIX interface customers (including ISVs) perform testing of their applications during the simulation period.

Details on the various enhancements and features are described in the document "Eurex Repo F7 Release 3.8 Preliminary Release Notes" which has been published in the DBAG Member Section.

As release 3.8 is a mandatory API update, the only valid value for API versionNumber is: "3.8".

F7 GUI users are strongly recommended to clear the browser cache after the release introduction, to ensure that the newly introduced GUI functionalities behave correctly.

Please note: while the F7 Simulation system is already on release 3.8, the F7 Advanced Simulation remains on the same software version as the F7 Production system: release 3.7.
