Due to no open interest in CONI, CONP, TCON the underlying security ISIN of the product is changed back from DE000A4APUF5 to DE0005439004. These contracts continue to refer to Continental AG shares only. No successor contracts will be introduced.
The company Continental AG has announced on 12 March 2025 a spinoff of its automotive group sector under the name Aumovio SE. Shareholders of Continental AG shall be entitled to receive for every 2 Continental AG-shares held 1 share of the new company.

The spinoff will result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned contracts.
