Eurex Clearing has decided to rename its trade entry facilities for off-book transactions as “Eurex Trade Entry Services” in order to further improve the brand recognition.
To support these changes, the Management Board of Eurex Deutschlandand the Executive Board of Eurex Zürich AG decided effective 4 August 2014 toamend the Contract Specifications for Futures and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich.
Also, the Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG decided with effective date 25 August 2014 to amend its General Terms and Conditions to the Agreement on technical connection of a Multi-Member-Frontend System Provider to the Exchange-EDP Eurex® (Provider Connection Agreement) and the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement on the technical connection and the utilization of the Exchange-EDP of Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich (Connection Agreement).
