Eurex Exchange’s new trading architecture: Product migration, products in the launch package

Eurex Exchange will launch its new trading architecture in production on 3 December 2012. On the production launch date, a first set of products will be active for trading on the new trading architecture. The production launch will be followed by a product migration phase during which products will be migrated in a stepwise approach from the current Eurex® system to the new trading architecture. Please note that orders (including GTC or GTD orders) in affected products that exist in the current Eurex® production system on the business day prior to migration (end-of-business) will not be migrated to the new trading architecture but will be deleted.

The general product migration strategy and the planned migration dates were published in Eurex circular 197/12. The present circular contains the exact list of products to be activated on the new trading architecture on 3 December 2012. In addition, a .csv-file containing the products is available on the Eurex website www.eurexchange.com for download under the following path:

Technology > New trading architecture > System Documentation > Production

Please note that in addition, the official approval of the products to be migrated will be published in a separate Eurex circular one business day prior to the respective migration date (i.e. 30 November 2012 for this instance).
