With this newsflash, Eurex wants to inform you about the requirements and the respective deadline of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
As announced via Eurex Readiness Newsflash from 17 February 2025, Eurex launched the Software Selection app and the corresponding enhancements in the ETI and FIX LF session ordering process in the Member Section on 14 February 2025 which completed the introduction of ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
With the introduction of this initiative, Eurex launched a new process for the registration of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and the registration and selection of software used by Eurex participants.
The following action steps are required from ISVs within the framework of this initiative:
Eurex participants are recommended to contact their ISVs to inform them of the new requirements of Eurex.

The above-mentioned steps of ISV Registration & Software Management initiative need to be completed by 13 June 2025.
Please note that starting from 18 April 2025 the newly introduced fields in the ETI and/or FIX LF session ordering process will become mandatory for ordering new sessions. Thus, Eurex recommends the trading participants to complete the above-mentioned steps to avoid any complications when ordering a new session after 18 April 2025.
Moreover, as announced via Eurex Circular 021/25, the Exchange Rules of Eurex Deutschland (“Exchange Rules”) by means of the Nineteenth Amendment Ordinance, as outlined in Attachment 1 and the Conditions for Trading at Eurex Deutschland (“Conditions for Trading”) by means of the Thirty-first Amendment Ordinance, as outlined in Attachment 2, are changed to reflect the new requirements introduced with this initiative. The changes will come into effect as of 30 June 2025.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
