After close of trading on December 4, 2009, Eurex will distribute update kit 1 for Eurex 12.0 Production, update kit 2 for Eurex 12.0 Simulation and the initial kit for Eurex 12.0 Advanced Simulation.
Installation of the Eurex 12.0 update kits and the initial kit in the corresponding environments on all MISSes and workstations is highly recommended.
Please Note: Although the installation of the update kits is not mandatory, Eurex requires all Members to install update kit 1 on all MISSes and Workstations in the production environment at the earliest possible opportunity. Support can only be provided on the basis of the most recent software versions.
The Eurex 12.0 update kits contain the following important modifications and enhancements:
1. Solution of GUI and setup issues in production
2. Enhancements for selected Eurex 12.0 features.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively.
