Starting September 19, 2011, we will release the Member Section in a completely new and modern design. Initial motivation for the re-design had been feedback from the customers. By implementing the new Member Section we respond to our customers’ requests. With the concept for re-designing the Member Section we aimed at the following goals:
· Presentation of contents and services in an attractive and modern design
· Strong user friendliness
· Intuitive and clear navigation structure
· Simplified information flow between the customers and Deutsche Börse Group
· Simplification of access rights structure
· More clarity, transparency and organisation
All well-known services will remain available as before, also the logins and passwords to the Member Section will remain valid. Central Coordinators have to bear in mind that owing to the re-design, all registration and authorisation applications not concluded by September 16, 2011, 17:00 CEST must be re-entered as of September 19, 2011.
This circular gives an overview of the major new features of the Member Section.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
