Eurex Circular 024/23 Adjustment of the Liquidity Provider scheme for MSCI Futures

1.  Introduction

The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG took the following decision with effect from 1 May 2023:

  • Adjustment of the Liquidity Provider Scheme for MSCI Futures and amendment of the "Product Specific Supplement" ("PSS") pursuant to the attachment

2.  Required action

Liquidity Providers should adapt their quotation behavior accordingly.

3. Details of the initiative

A few amendments of quoting parameters for the quotation of quarterly calendars, as well as quoting the basis, will be made. These changes, which are mainly relaxations of quote spreads also in response to higher volatility, will be made in addition to the ones already announced with Eurex circular 014/23 for the same effective date.

The PSS will be amended with effect from 1 May 2023, as shown in the attachment. The amendment shall be deemed approved unless Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG object within a period of two weeks after notification of this circular pursuant to Number 4 (2) of the Liquidity Provider Agreement.
