3.  Details of the initiative

Digital provision of legal notifications regarding TES trade reversals and mistrade applications via the Member Section

With the introduction of this release, Eurex Trading Participants will no longer receive their legal notifications about TES trade reversals as well as mistrade applications via post. Instead, the legal notifications will be available in the Member Section under the following path:

Reports > Mistrade Notifications (Eurex)

As of 4 September 2023, above legal notifications will only be provided in the Member Section. As of the same date, dispatch by post will be decommissioned.

  • Therefore, it is important that individuals who require access to the legal notifications register in the Member Section and/or request permission to access the notifications, see sections 2. a. and 2. b. of this circular.

This new way of processing the legal notifications digitally and fully compliant via our one-stop shop Member Section offers a substantially faster and environmentally sustainable delivery of the TES trade reversals and mistrade notifications.
