1. Introduction 

The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG decided, with effect from 21 May 2024, to amend the Product Specific Supplement „Equity Index 54 - FTSE® 100 Index Futures” (PSS) as outlined in the Attachment. With the amendments, new Additional Supporter Incentives will be introduced.

2.    Required action

Liquidity Providers should adapt their quotation behavior accordingly.

3.    Details of the initiative

The top five Liquidity Providers ranked by passive executed trading order book M-accounts volume will receive an additional supporter incentive payment upon fulfilling the order-book quoting requirements in Outright contracts (FTUK_ST) and/or Calendar Spread strategies (FTUK_ST_CS) as specified in the Attachment between 21 May 2024 to 31 December 2024 for Outright contracts and from 1 June 2024 to 31 December 2024 for Calendar Spread strategies.

The PSS will be amended with effect from 21 May 2024, as shown in the Attachment.

As of 21 May 2024, the PSS will also be available individually in PDF format on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following path:
