Co-location connectivity: Maintenance work in the Equinix FR2 Co-location facility

1.  Introduction

To further optimize our Co-location setup, maintenance work on the Equinix FR2 Colo 2.0 infrastructure has been scheduled in the upcoming weeks. The necessary maintenance work will be carried out in multiple steps.

2.  Required action

No changes to customer trading applications or configurations are required.

Following the maintenance work, participants are strongly advised to verify their connectivity to the switches (e.g.) by verifying connectivity to the Connection Gateways and receipt of technical heartbeats.

More information on the ETI Connection Test Gateways and the Market Data Technical Heartbeats during Non-Trading Hours can be found in Chapter 6 of the N7 Network Access Guide available on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following path: T7 Release 14.1 > System Documentation > Network Access.

Dedicated support will be available from 10:00–14:00 CEST on the scheduled dates. 

In the event of any unforeseen issues, participants will be able to contact their Technical Key Account Manager via their VIP number or cts@deutsche-boerse.com during the support window.
