1.  Introduction

This circular contains information with respect to the service offering of Eurex Frankfurt AG and introduces amendments to the Price List to the Agreement on the technical connection and the utilization of the Trading System of Eurex Deutschland (Connection Agreement), to the Agreement on the technical connection to the Electronic Trading EDP Eurex for a Provider of the Multi-Member-System (Provider Connection Agreement) and to the Agreement on technical connection to the Electronic Trading EDP Eurex for STPIP and QTPIP (STPIP and QTPIP Connection Agreement)  (hereafter: “Price List”). 

The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG has resolved the following amendments to the Price List:

  • The introduction of two new SpA connectivity options,
  • Editorial changes to the Price List for clarification purpose and a correction of a reference that had previously been deleted.

All changes will be effective on 1 July 2026.

2.  Required action

No immediate action is required.

3.   Details of the initiative

A.    Introduction of two new Sponsored Access (SpA) connectivity options

Effective 1 July 2026, Eurex will introduce the following new Sponsored Access (SpA) connectivity products:

  • SpA Eurex FIX LF Trading Session (max. 50 Transactions/Second) with the monthly fee of €260
  • SpA GUI via Internet with the monthly fee of €310. The SpA GUI via Internet will be offered without rebate.

B.    Editorial changes to the Price List    

In addition to the introduction of the new SpA connectivity products, the following amendments have been made to the Price List:

  • In Table 1.1, the reference “Leased Line in Tier Co‑Location”, which had been deleted in error, will be reinstated
  • In Section 1.3 (Multi‑Member System Provider), a reference to a bandwidth of 1,000 Mbit/s will be added for clarification purposes only.

Pursuant to § 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement Concerning the Technical Connection and the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of Eurex Deutschland (Connection Agreement), Eurex Frankfurt AG is entitled to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, having due regard to the interests of the Trading Participant. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions will be notified to Trading Participants at least six (6) weeks prior to their effective date. They are deemed to have been approved if the Trading Participant does not lodge objections in writing with Eurex Frankfurt AG within six (6) weeks of notification of the amendment.
