MSCI巴西股指期貨將聚焦拉丁美洲最大的市場。 MSCI中國指數期貨將取代MSCI中國自由流通指數期貨
歐洲領先的衍生品交易所—歐洲期貨交易所（Eurex）將推出拉丁美洲基準指數商品-MSCI巴西股指期貨，此舉乃德意志交易所集團旗下衍生品交易所回應市場對於拉丁美洲地區投資和交易工具的需求日益增長趨勢，新合約計劃將於9月6日掛牌上市。
目前Eurex所擁有的MSCI新興市場拉丁美洲指數期貨和墨西哥、秘魯、智利和哥倫比亞等單一國家股指期貨已覆蓋了拉丁美洲市場，。即將納入的MSCI巴西期貨將允許市場參與者直接對沖或獲得對拉丁美洲最大市場的風險敞口，同時也能讓參與者在單一交易所與清算所中集中交易所有MSCI衍生品中受益，其中包含更好效率的運營管理、清算與風險管理。
Eurex 執行委員會成員 Randolf Roth 說到：“很高興我們能像歐交所的投資人提供直接投資巴西市場的通道。巴西市場在MSICI新興市場拉丁美洲指數中所佔比重高達 66%。MSCI巴西股價指數期貨將首次在能提供交易效率和價格透明性的集中撮合訂單簿中進行交易。”
同樣在9月6日，Eurex將推出新的MSCI中國指數期貨，並且開始將原MSCI中國自由流通指數(MSCI ChinaFree)相關衍生品進行逐步退市處理。該中國指數產品的變更乃為因應MSCI指數編制的調整計劃。 MSCI指數公司計劃將終止MSCI中國自由流通指數，其原因是該自由流通指數的成分股與權重構成MSCI中國指數(MSCI China)完全相同，而後者更被市場廣泛運用。
目前Eurex共有186種MSCI指數期貨和期權，擁有全球範圍內最廣泛的MSCI衍生品。截至2021年7月底，Eurex的MSCI衍生品的未平倉合約總數達260萬份，這超過了全球未平倉合約的50%。
