德意志交易所交易所歡迎三一重工在德發行GDR
三一重工股份有限公司（簡稱：三一重工）於2022年12月22日公告董事會決議，擬籌劃境外發行全球存託憑證（簡稱：GDR），併申請在法蘭克福證券交易所掛牌上市。德意志交易所（簡稱：德交所）和中歐國際交易所（簡稱：中歐所）對三一重工董事會關於公司擬發行GDR的決定表示歡迎。
今年2月，中國證監會發布《境內外證券交易所互聯互通存託憑證業務監管規定》，正式將德國納入互聯互通適用範圍，支持境內符合條件的上市公司到德國發行GDR。境內外證券交易所互聯互通不僅拓寬了外資進入中國股市的渠道，也為優秀的中國上市企業進入國際資本市場開拓了一條新的道路。
作為中德金融合作的戰略平台，德交所和中歐所將全力以赴支持配合發行人推進後續各項準備工作，也將繼續積極配合其他滬深交易所A股上市公司到德國發行GDR，支持中國企業的全球化戰略在歐洲落地。
