Eurex Repo Participants will need to review their internal operational processes due to the following changes in the attached legally binding documents.

  • Non-Transaction-based Fees (Amendments to number 6.1.1)
  • Cross-segment Transaction-based Fees between Participants with the Trading Functionality Quote (Amendments to number 6.1.2)
  • Cross-segment Transaction-based Fees between Participants without the Trading Functionality Quote (Amendments to number 6.1.3)
  • Transaction-based Fee for the eTriParty Repo Segment (Amendments to number 6.1.4)
  • Transaction-based Fee for the HQLAx Segment (Amendments to number 6.1.5)
  • Further Fee Provisions (Amendments to number 6.1.7)
  • Editorial changes (Amendments to Annex I (Terms/Definitions))
