1. Introduction 

Please be informed that the following Eurex Repo legally binding documents have been adjusted.   

Effective date: 1 July 2026 

2. Required action 

Eurex Repo Participants will need to review their internal operational processes due to the following changes in the attached legally binding documents. 

3. Details 

A. Eurex Repo Terms and Conditions 

  • Extensions to the Re-Use service (Amendments to number 3.2.1.4, 3.2.2.4, 3.2.3.4 (always third numeration)) 
  • Extension of Re-Use functionality to Bundesbank/BCL for Green Bond & ECB EXTENDED Baskets (Amendments to number 3.2.2.4, 3.2.5) 
  • Enhancement of Novation Management (Amendments to number 3.3.3 (2)) 
  • Optional Early Same-Day Trading Hours (Amendments to number 3.3.3 (4))
  • Editorial changes (Amendments to number 3.3.5 (1)) 

B. Eurex Repo Basket Specifications 

  • Removal of “Special NO Basket” and “Special SE Basket” in Special & GC Segment (Amendments to number 2.2.2.14, 2.2.2.16)
  • Adding new trading terms - e.g. Corp 3W (Amendments to number 2.3.1, 3.3.1) 
  • Alignment of NSFR and LCR terms (Amendments to number 2.3.1, 3.3.1) 
  • Adding Trading Times of the Special & GC Segment (Amendments to number 2.4)  
  • Extension of Trading Cutoff for Same-Day Trades in the trading currencies EUR, CHF, GBP (Amendments to number 3.4) 

C. GC Pooling Basket Definition – Annex 1 

  • Removal of both baskets “Special NO Basket” and “Special SE Basket” in Special & GC Segment
