The company ABB Ltd has announced on 20 July 2022 a spinoff of its turbocharging division as an independent company under the name Accelleron Industries Ltd. Shareholders of ABB Ltd shall be entitled to receive for every 20 ABB Ltd-shares 1 shares of the new company.
