ABN Amro Group N.V. : Restructure/Name-Change

The company ABN Amro Group N.V. announced via press release, that the regulatory authorities approved all relevant declarations for the implementation of the new company structure. The legal merger will therefore be completed with effect as of 29 June 2019. Further information can be found on the website of the company, www.abnamro.com.

Accordingly, the name of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
