On 31 March 2017 Actelion Ltd. announced via media release, that Johnson & Johnson declared the tender offer as successful after the closing of the initial acceptance period. The additional acceptance period will commence on 6 April 2017 and will end on 21 April 2017. As already announced in the corporate action info 002, the Eurex contracts will switch to the tendered shares until completion of the offer. The conversion will become effective with the start of the additional acceptance period on 6 April 2017. Further information with respect to the settlement of the contracts will be published as soon as Johnson & Johnson will announce the exact schedule for the completion of the offer.
