Following the combination with SABMiller plc, shareholders of Anheuser-Busch InBev N.V. will receive one new share of the new holding company for every share held. As of 11 October 2016 derivative contracts on Anheuser-Busch InBev N.V. will be re-designated to the new shares.
Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
