Following the previous announcements and the creation of the basket options contracts AXIB, the underlying basket is adjusted in a second step to replace the subscription right by a fixed cash component. The resulting new basket will consist of one Atos share and a cash component of EUR 0.001. Further details in Info 003 below.

The company Atos has announced a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to purchase 13497 new shares for every 24 shares held, at a subscription price of EUR 0.0037 per new share.
