Banca Monte dei Paschi : Reverse Stock Split and ISIN Change

The company Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena announced a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1:100. At the same time there will be an ISIN change. More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.mps.it.

The reverse stock split will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts.

According to the press release from 24 November 2016, the reverse stock split and the ISIN change will be effective as of 28 November 2016.

 

Ex-date will be 28 November 2016.
