The company CNH Industrial N.V. on 11 November 2021 month has announced a spinoff of its Commercial and Specialty Vehicles business, the Powertrain business, and the related Financial Services business as an independent company under the name Iveco Group N.V. Shareholders of CNH Industrial shall be entitled to receive 1 share of Iveco Group for every 5 shares held in CHN Industrial.
