The company Compagnie Financière Richemont SA has announced on 07 August 2020 to propose to its shareholders at the AGM on 09 September 2020 the distribution of Warrants. According to the information memorandum, shareholders shall receive per one Richemont-share two Richemont-warrants. Details regarding subscription ratio and exercise price of the warrants will be available latest on the day of the AGM.
