On 11 July 2016 Deutsche Börse AG announced the lowering of the minimum acceptance threshold and the extension of the acceptance period from 12 July 2016 to 26 July 2016. According to the 9th announcement pursuant to the German Securities Acquisitions and Takeover Act published by HLDCO123 PLC on 13 July 2016, approximately 53 percent of the Deutsche Börse Share Capital can be attributed to the Bidder.
On 13 July 2016 Deutsche Börse AG announced that Deutsche Börse-shares (ISIN DE0005810055) will be replaced by Deutsche Börse tendered shares (ISIN DE000A2AA253) in the DAX® effective 18 July 2016. As already announced in corporate action info 001 this switch will also be applied to the options- and Futures contracts on Deutsche Börse shares. Due to the change of the exchange offer, the switch will become effective on 18 July 2016 aligned with the switch of the DAX®.
