Summary:
The company E.ON SE has announced the spinoff of its traditional energy business as an independent company under the name Uniper SE. Shareholders of E.ON SE shall be entitled to receive one share for each ten shares held.
More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.eon.com.
The Spinoff will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts.
Adjustment Result:
The Products EOAE, EOA1, EOA2 and EOA4 will not be adjusted as there are no open positions. Therefore no change of product code, product-ISIN and Underlying-ISIN will be processed.
The Products EOA, EOA5, EOAH and E2OA will be adjusted as described in the Corporate Action info 001.
