The company Exor NV has announced its decision to transfer the listing of the company´s ordinary shares to Euronext Amsterdam and thereby to align the company`s listing venue with its established legal structure as a registered holding company pursuant to Dutch laws. The company’s shares have been admitted to trading at Euronext Amsterdam already as of 12 August 2022.
With the delisting from Borsa Italiana, effective 27 September 2022, the reference exchange of the respective derivatives contracts changes from Borsa Italiana to Euronext Amsterdam accordingly.
Product code as well as Product-ISIN and Underlying-ISIN will remain unchanged.
