In a press release dated 29 August 2023, the company Liontrust Asset Management has announced that its voluntary tender offer to the shareholders of GAM Holding AG would not be completed and settled because not all offer conditions had been satisfied.
Hence the affected contracts related to GAM Holding AG will not be adjusted. Trading in the respective contracts will continue without changes.
The companies GAM Holding AG and Liontrust Asset Management announced in a joint press release on 3 May 2023 its proposal to acquire GAM Holding AG via a takeover offer to the shareholders of GAM Holding AG at a ratio of 0.0589 Liontrust Asset Management shares per each GAM Holding AG share. The Offer period is from 28 June 2023 until 25 July 2023.
