The company General Electric Co. has announced to spin off GE Vernova as an independent company. Shareholders of General Electric Co. shall be entitled to receive for every 4 General Electric Co.shares 1 share of the new company.
If there is no open interest in the affected contracts on General Electric Co. on the ex-date, the Eurex-Contracts will remain unadjusted. Product code as well as Product-ISIN and Underlying-ISIN will remain unchanged.
