The company Aroundtown SA announced in an adhoc release on 4 March 2026 its proposal to launch a partial takeover offer to the shareholders of Grand City Properties at a ratio of 4 Aroundtown SA shares per each Grand City Properties share. The Offer is aimed to increase the share of Aroundtown SA from currently ca. 63% to a maximum of 89.5%
