Inditex S.A. - Special Dividend

The company Inditex S.A. has announced the payment of an interim bonus dividend of EUR 0.13 per share in addition to an interim ordinary dividend of EUR 0.22 with an ex-dividend date 29 April 2021. In addition, the company has announced the payment of a final bonus dividend of EUR 0.35 per share with an ex-dividend date 29 October 2021.

The payment of the bonus dividends will result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned contracts. This information details the adjustment of the derivatives contracts due to the payment of the interim bonus dividend. The details of the derivatives contracts’ adjustments related to the final bonus dividend in Q4 2021 will be subject of a separate Corporate Action Information to be published later this year.
