Jimmy Choo PLC: Takeover

Michael Kors Holdings Ltd announced the successful completion of the takeover of Jimmy Choo PLC on 01 November 2017. The takeover was done in cash at a price of GBp 230.00. Trading in Jimmy Choo PLC shares will be discontinued on the London Stock Exchange as of 02 November 2017.

According to the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich, number 1.6.7 (7) for Single Stock Futures contracts and number 2.6.10.1 (7) for options contracts trading in Futures contracts on Jimmy Choo PLC shares will also be discontinued with immediate effect. No settlement
will take place, as no open positions exist.
