Linde AG: Merger/ISIN-Change

The acceptance period of the exchange offer to the Linde shareholders within the scope of the merger with Praxair will end on 07 November 2017. As of 06 November 2017 the acceptance ratio reached 71.5% according to a company announcement. Please be aware, that the Eurex contracts will change to the tendered line of shares as of 08 November 2017 until the completion of the offer. Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
