U.S. Introducing Broker direct Eurex access
The company MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. has announced a new share structure under which all existing MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE-shares will be converted into ordinary B Shares on the basis of a 1:1 ratio under a new ISIN. In addition, holders of B-shares will be granted one A-share per B-share held. Due to the share restructuring and 0 open interest trading in the above-mentioned contracts will be suspended until close of business on 10 December 2021. Trading in the above-mentioned contracts is to be resumed on Monday, 13 December 2021, which is the planned date where the B shares are to trade ex-entitlement. Further, the ISIN of the above-mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
