On 6 November 2014, the company OCI NV provided details about the announced spin-off of Orascom Construction Ltd. Shareholders of OCI NV shall receive one Orascom Construction Ltd. share for each two OCI NV shares they hold.
The spin-off will become effective on 9 March 2015. The new Orascom Construction Ltd. shares will be listed at Nasdaq Dubai on 9. March 2015.
