The company Old Mutual plc has announced the separation of its business via a spinoff. Shareholders of Old Mutual plc shall be entitled to receive for every 3 Old Mutual plc shares, 3 ordinary shares of Old Mutual Limited and 1 Quilter-share. Trading of the new Quilter-share is expected to start on 25 June 2018 and of the new Old Mutual Limited-share on 26 June 2018. The Old Mutual plc-share will be suspended from trading on 25 June 2018 and will be discontinued as of 26 June 2018. Due to the suspension of trading of the Old Mutual plc-share on 25 June 2018, trading will also be suspended in the Old Mutual Future on 25 June 2018.
